Spring Break! Amazing how fast the year goes by.  We are already half way through my last semester of college, I would never have thought it would have gone this quickly.  I will be graduating on May 25th and then I will have just over a month of leave before I have to go off to TBS.

So, I am home hanging out with my family and friends for Spring Break.  It is a blast to be able to chill out away from the Academy and not have to be worrying about all of its insanity.

Ok, so this is pretty funny: Part of MicahAkin.com is blocked by the Naval Academy's WebSense filter as violating the policy on "Sex" content.  I guess pictures of my family hanging out on the beach and me in biking shorts are considered sexual in nature.  Luckily the folks in the help desk are going to look into fixing this technical glitch, otherwise I am not sure the world would continue to turn.

Merry Christmas! I haven't posted on here for a while, but I am back.  This last semester has been exciting one, involving car repairs, Marine Corp service selection, and Leadership possitions that demanded lots of time and effort.  Overall it has been a learning experience and a challenge.

Next semster is promising to be even more interesting with more time for fun and the persuit of interesting hobies.  I will post more about this last semester here soon.
